Showers and changing rooms are available free of charge in Bodenmais at the Vital-Zentrum (Kurparkstr. 1 ) after the run from 12 noon to 5 p.m.

Clothing bags

The empty clothing bag must be collected individually at the race number distribution point.
The clothing bag must then be handed in at the clothing bag drop-off point and can be collected again after the race.
Clothing and materials that have been taken off will be left behind at the start in the stadium.

Nature conservation and environmental protection

At Skadi Loppet, special emphasis is placed on nature conservation and environmental protection. For this reason, refreshments are only available at the refreshment stations marked on the route map.
Littering zones at the refreshment stations: It is strictly forbidden to throw away any rubbish (gel packaging, cups, etc.) outside the marked littering zones at the refreshment stations.
We appreciate your understanding.

Parking

There are approximately 200 parking spaces available for participants at the Skadi Loppet Arena.
PLEASE NOTE: Carpooling with at least two people is essential! Participants can park free of charge at the Skadi Loppet Arena on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

The shuttle bus from Bodenmais is free for all participants! The bus stops at all regular ski bus stops in Bodenmais and travels to the Skadi Loppet Arena (Bretterschachten). The bus transfer is free upon presentation of your race number.

Regulations

Fluorinated wax ban

Fluorinated wax is prohibited. The JURY reserves the right to check every participant in accordance with IWO regulations.

Technical checks (IWO-FIS Art. 310.2)

Participants who do not adhere to the classic technique on Sunday will be disqualified.

Skadi Loppet Bus Shuttle - Skadi Loppet Arena

The shuttle bus from Bodenmais is free for all participants! The bus stops at all regular ski bus stops in Bodenmais and travels to the Skadi Loppet Arena (Bretterschachten). The bus transfer is free upon presentation of your race number.

Time limits

Time limit for the awards ceremony:

Time limit: 2:00 PM - for the 42 km F race, Saturday awards ceremony
Time limit: 2:00 PM - for the 42 km C race, Sunday awards ceremony

Participants who finish the race after the specified time limit will be listed in the results, but due to organizational reasons, they will not be eligible for an award at the prize-giving ceremony. They will receive their trophy after the awards ceremony in the "Glück-Auf-Saal" hall.
(This also applies to the alternative route)

The time limit for the awards ceremony is necessary for the organizers to be able to conduct the awards ceremonies in Bodenmais on Saturday and Sunday at the specified times. We ask for your understanding, also out of consideration for the other runners.

Those who cross the finish line after 3:00 PM may not be included in the final results.
